Love him or lump him, even death doesn't keep Kurt Vonnegut from being one of the most celebrated American writers of the 20th Century. A graduate of the excellent Univeristy of Iowa writers' workshop, Vonnegut offered humanist advice freely to his fellow and aspiring writers.
