Train with gorilla animal style drills B- 1:35

Bodyweight animal exercise or quadrupedal movement (QM) as some call them are excellent for sports conditioning and MMA functionality.
They are designed for those that simply like to work out in any location, these bodyweight exercises that mimic natural animal movements are great for fat loss also and have been used for years by martial arts instructors to get their students in shape and encourage fat loss.
