I looked every where for a flapper dress for a halloween party, bought the "One hour dress" on line and was thrilled when I found your video.
use appropriate fabric, lareger wider belt should sit lower more descriptive with pattern pieces in term of illustrations polka dots do not read well on this style dress and on the internet :) just my thoughts
I'm confused. Did I miss something? The instructions say to pin where I will tack the back of the skirt under the front of the skirt. Looks like this is done on the inside of the dress.Then pin where I will tack the back skirt cascade. Looks like this is done on the outside of the dress and on the back of the skirt. So I will have a cascade but there is no side seam on the skirt. Won't it be open? Please explain. Thanks for otherwise a great tutorial.
