Step 1 Buy New Wiper Blades
To save time, plan ahead by purchasing your windshield wipers when you are already at the store. There is no need to make a special trip to Walmart or any other store. Planning ahead will save time. To assure you buy the correct wiper blades, you can measure the length of the wiper blades and buy the same length. If you forget to measure, all you have to do is look at your make and model on a chart at the store and the chart will tell you which blades to use. If all else fails, you can always ask someone at the store to help you.
Step 2 Remove the Old Wiper Blade
Remove the old wiper blade by pushing the clip down where the wiper blade and wiper arm connect. Pull down and the blade will come off. This should only take a second or two.
Step 3 Compare Wiper Blades
To assure you have the correct wiper blade, you can compare the new blade to the old blade to make certain they are that they same length.
Step 4 Install New Wiper Blade
The new wiper blades goes on by reversing the process. Do the same thing, but in reverse sequence when installing. Make sure you hear a click. This assures the blade is locked into place.
Step 5 Repeat for Other Side
Now all you have to do is to repeat the process for the other side and you’re done.
