Hurling is a game popular in Ireland. It is the fastest game on field. The game resembles American Lacrosse, but the equipment does not include much safety devices. The ball is hard wood, the sticks look like field hockey sticks and helmets are optional. It has the violence of rugby with the speed of lacrosse.
