How to mix a Long Island iced tea cocktail

Everyone loves Long Island Iced Tea and this video clearly demonstrates the Italian version! You will need a tall glass for the "tea" and a bartender's shaker. First, put 2 cups of small ice cubes or cracked ice into the shaker. Then add 1 and a half ounces of liquid cane sugar, one and one half ounces of Italian lime soda, 1/2 ounce Triple Sec; 1/2 ounce white rum; 1/2 ounce gin and 1/2 ounce vodka. Shake well and pour into the tall glass. Top up with cola and garnish with a slice of lime. Just add a couple of straws and serve!
