You will need:

One 3 oz plastic cup
One 9 oz plastic cup
Water
Duct tape

Remember, when serving liquor, keep in mind that your shot glass will be twice as big as the average shot glass.

Way easier way to do this is get a dixie cup, put water in it then add a Snow cone cup (the one with the pointed end) which will make the water rise around it. Then duct tape and freeze.

And it makes a normal size shot glass to, not a beer mug.
