This is the adult version of the classic root beer float. No kids here. Just us mature, Irish, Guinness drinking folks. Learn to make the Guinness ice cream float.

Watch this how2heroes video and witness this liquid libation for grown-ups that contains vanilla ice cream, lightly muddled with vanilla vodka and drenched in Guinness Stout. Watch the Guinness settle, then transform to a creamy consistency as the ice cream melts. Nothing is better than combining dessert with your favorite beer.

Ingredients:

* piece of fudge (your preference)
* shaved chocolate
* ½ cup vanilla bean ice cream
* 1½ oz vanilla vodka
* 5 oz Guinness stout

How-To:

1. Melt fudge in microwave for 10 seconds
2. Dip a pint glass glass in the fudge to rim the top, then dip glass in shaved chocolate
3. Add scooped ice cream and vanilla vodka. Take a spoon and lightly muddle the ice cream and vodka together
4. Add Guinness to ½” from the rim and top with chocolate shavings
