Remove the wheel if necessary; unscrew the hose from the line fitting; remove the bracket bolts or clip; disconnect the brake hose from caliper; attach new brake hose to caliper; reinstall the bracket bolts or clips; attach the hose to line fitting; tighten all connections; top off the master cylinder; and bleed the system and test drive.
