Wonderful. Thanks so much for taking the time to post. I'll be using yours as a guideline for sure. My daughter and her other teen friends want to do the Silent Hill theme for the yard this year. I'm also attempting the nurses. Kudos from Texas!

I'm using this guide, and beginning construction today. I'll post again on how it goes.

It went fantastically, thanks a ton for the help man. Halloween was amazing. :D

I work at a Haunted House, I'll be using your tutorial and i'll post back on how well it works in a professional setting :) Also I'm substituting the normal cardboard with the thick and equally durable pasteboard they put between beer cases on pallets.

Hey! Love your tutorial! I'll definitely be using it for my Pyramid Head costume! Question though, where did you get the full-body outfit that you used?

AWESOME! definitely planning on trying this. hope i can follow though, im bad with understanding accents. wicked awesome tutorial though, this is just perfect

weldone on the helmet by far the best and possibly most complete tutorial i have found, thanks :o)

Great build! I realise I'm really late on this but only just thinking of building a pyramid head.... What did you use for the muscle suit portion? Great work!!

Having the hardest time gluing it to the construction helmet. Will continue trying to get it on there tonight.

I successfully glued it to the helmet, now I'm on the extra strips and pollyfilla step. When you say you fill in gaps....are you saying you make it all flush around the entire helmet?
