If it is Chinese food you want, ask for extra veggies and ask if items can be steamed instead of fried. Mexican food, leave the chips and fried entrees alone. Fajitas are the best to eat. Italian food, pass up the pizza and heavy sauces. Marinara sause is the best. Also, it helps to share a meal.
