This video demonstrates how to remove a bra from a woman with one hand. To do this, just pinch the back of the bra with your thumb and middle finger and flick.
For the longest time (until I saw these videos) I thought this was how every guy took bras off, I didn't realize they had so much trouble. Anyway, one extra move I throw in to make sure you always get it the first time is to stick your index finger just slightly under the bra clasp. that way you can sort of do a "three way" pinching movement instead of using only your thumb and middle finger. That way you won't slip, and it pulls the clasp out a little making it easier to pinch open. Plus if even after all that you still blow it, she's not getting her skin pinched knowing exactly what you suck at doing, your fingers don't slip and everything is still in place for you to try again. This tip is especially useful if she has a super tight or super loose bra.
