I finally got a chance to make these at Martini Night last night. The amaretto does not float, tried a cheapo brand and disarrono hoping maybe the disarrono would be thicker. The effect still works, and it's pretty tasty - but drink it fast! before the grenadine hardens and literally gets jelly-like.
