However.. I did love the “nude modeling” request.. that is very clever and the best tip on the whole subject.
Not sure of the accuracy of the undercover officer pressing for money—seems to me she tries to get you to talk about money for sex.
If that show ran on SPIKE—it should have gone through some lawyering.. or the production company has a hefty E&O policy…

unless it has some how law changed; an undercover hooker cop can not ask about money ie: Price for a sex act The "John" has to bring the money up.... I have walked up to a Hooker and stated - wanna F***K and she said lets go and get it on. I did it one time when I KNEW she was under cover. She started to hem and haw and tried to get me to mention money; I DID NOT and walked away laughing. The instant you talk about money for a sex act they nail you for solicitation...

While this law was made quite a while ago, I'm pretty sure it's still not illegal in anyway to pay a girl for Nude Pictures or to watch her dance naked as long as she's 18, and I seriously doubt that any cop will pose for nude pictures of dance naked, so these are pretty good rules. Make her strip and take pictures or dance before anything is even discussed.

Woah, bad advice there. Prostitution is legal in some parts of Nevada, but Clark County, where the city of Las Vegas located, is not one of them.

Don't you all realize that most of these women are forced to do this and don't make any money?? They are being held hostage by thier pimp who takes all of the cash. someone correct me if im wrong but isent the easyest way to tell hooker from an undercover cop is, the hooker will get in your car without saying a word where as the cop wont till she see's money or gets a proposition? Atleast thats the way it is on the show "COPS"....

If you are asking about the nude pictures. Take a camera with you. If she gets naked and let's you take pictures, then pay her to bang you. You'll have some pictures to show your friends :)

The vid was funny, but I'm shocked by what that lawyer talked about. I happen to be a criminal defense lawyer myself. One key aspect of every code of professional conduct is that you cannot give advice on how to get away with a crime. He would be allowed to give some general information, but he can't ethically tell you what to do or not do in order to get away with a crime. This guy could face some serious problems if the professional conduct committee in his state found out about this.
