The Shaving Cream Man is an illusive person. As the ultimate master of Chindogu inventions and host of the Solutions Show, he toils away in a shack near the ocean where he builds quirky inventions in an effort to help people solve the problems in their lives. He covered himself entirely head to toe in shaving cream one day when he got carried away one day while shaving. He claims that he stays covered in the "sweet juicy shaving cream" as a constant reminder of how sometimes getting carried away with ones sense of wonderment is a great thing!
